Accompanying the text for each church is a picture of the building. This book is available free of charge at the Illowa Lutheran Coalition office. The Zamzam Story Eleanor Anderson summarizes the dramatic story of the Zamzam, a ship sunk by a German raider in 1941 in the South Atlantic. Eleanor and her family were on this ship planning to join her father who was a missionary in Africa. The story of their rescue and subsequent experience aboard a prison ship are described in her book, "Miracle at Sea".
