| Team | Responsibilities |
| Children and Youth Education | Planning and carrying out learning experiences for children and youth during the Sunday morning Education Hour and in Confirmation Classes. |
| Adult Education | All areas of adult education including Bible and Christian book reading and prayer education. |
| Library | Maintaining the books, videos and other materials of the church library. |
| Youth Group Activities | Planning and carrying out diverse activities for youth to inspire growth in faith and service. |
| Team | Responsibilities |
| Welcoming | Making visitors, guests and current members feel welcome. Includes dealing with public relations and being in charge of ushers and greeters. |
| Fellowship | Planning and carrying out fellowship events for adults or families to form bonds of friendship. |
| Wellness and Caring | For seeing that members of the congregation stay healthy and productive. Planning and carrying out activities for those who are homebound, in hospitals, or in nursing facilities. |

| Worship and Music | Planning the events of and providing the music for the worship services. |
| Altar Preparation | Preparing the altar for church services and communion. |
| Visual Arts | Providing for visual art to enhance worship services. |

| Property | Maintenance of the church building and for the purchase and maintenance of equipment used by the congregation. |
| Finance | Care and maintenance of the congregation's financial resources. |
| Stewardship | Programs designed to teach stewardship. |
| Endowment Fund | The congregation's endowment fund. |

| Global Mission | Providing ways of connecting members of the congregation with overseas missions. |
| Service Project | Encouraging members of the congregation to become involved in service projects in the local community. |
| ELCA and Synod Project | Making members of the congregation aware of special needs designated by the ELCA or Synod. |
